Sony’s Gaikai teases PS3 games coming to the cloud

Kratos on a cloud! Sony purchased Gaikai back in August which to many people was a surprise. What is Sony going to do with a cloud gaming company? Well it seems the first markers have been set.

The Gaikai website was recently updated and with that images of Kratos, Sackboy company have been spotted on the website. The games so far recognised are:

  • inFamous
  • LittleBigPlanet
  • Killzone
  • Uncharted
  • God of War

And third party Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

When talking about the future of the brand, the website states: “the future has never looked brighter. We’re working hard with Sony Computer Entertainment to advance our cloud gaming platform, and we can’t wait to unveil the next generation of it to you.”

Will we soon be streaming out PS3 games on the system or will it move to more mobile platforms like the PlayStation Vita and tablet devices. Guess we will all find out soon enough but playing God of War 3 on the Vita would be something special alright.
