Capcom have announced that the release date for DMC: Definitive Edition has been pushed forward by a week.
Originally slated for March 17th, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 title will now launch on March 10th. The Definitive Edition brings a number of improvements and additions including the game running at 1080p and 60 fps, all previously release DLC, as well as a few new modes including Turbo Mode which sees the game run 20% faster than normal.
Other modes include Vergil’s Bloody Palance which is 60 levels where yo play as Vergil as well as Must Style mode (players must be at an S rank or higher to deal any damage to enemies), and a Gods Must Die Difficulty Mode (all enemies spawn with Devil Trigger active and no items or health drops can be used).
There’s a lot for fans of the series to jump back into and a stellar deal for those that didn’t play first time around as the game is priced at €39.99.
