BREAKING: EA to start subscription service on Xbox One

EA to start EA Access, a new game subscription service on the Xbox One. EA has Partnered with Microsoft, to roll out the new service in a limited user beta. Memberships to EA Access will cost $4.99  (USD) per month, or $29.99 (USD) per year. Memberships can be purchased online directly from Xbox Live or from stores such as GameStop (In Europe & USA), Amazon (In Europe), and EB Games (in Canada).

 

Members to EA Access will get Early Access to new releases, creating a “try before you buy” system. EA is all so offering members a 10% discount on EA digital purchases on Xbox One. This discount will be applied to both games and on-line services. EA Access will start with Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14, Battlefield 4 and Peggle 2 as games available to users. EA has stated that more games will added to the service over time.
